If God Said It, He Will Do It!

The Word of God is filled with many promises that are for you and I. When God says He will specifically do something for you, and His Word backs it up, it’s now up to you to believe in Him and the integrity of His Word. Isaiah 55:11 says “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.”

When God speaks, His Word goes forth, and it produces what He wants it to produce. God does not speak any idle words and when He gives us a promise, He wants us to be in full agreement with Him. How do you do that, you may be asking? SPEAK WHAT HE SAID ONLY. The enemy will try to get you to speak the complete opposite of what the Word says about you and the promise God gave to you.

I want to encourage you that God would never lie to you, and just because a promise is taking longer than you thought, doesn’t mean that God lied, or that He forgot about you! God is working things out behind the scenes, and your job is to stand in agreement and to continue to press in and seek Jesus on a daily basis.
