I understand that things may seem out of control and unpleasant at the moment. I felt so strongly in my heart to remind you of Psalm 18:1-2 which says “I love you, Lord; You are my strength. The Lord is my Rock, my Fortress, and my Savior my God is my Rock, in whom I find protection. He is my Shield, the power that saves me, and my place of safety.”
With everything that is going on right now in this world, we understand that not only is Bible Prophecy unfolding and coming to pass before our eyes but Jesus says in John 16:33 “I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth, you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.” Although we are seeing so much happening in the world today and in other nations, Jesus tells us that in Him we find peace, and He has overcome this world through His death on the cross! “The name of the Lord is a strong tower: the righteous run into it, and are safe” according to Proverbs 18:10.
During this time, I want to encourage you to stay in the Word of God because His Word does not return void, but it produces results and fruit according to Isaiah 55:11. Nothing that is happening right now is a shock to Jesus because He told us this would happen and warned us to be ready for His coming. The Lord is our refuge during this time. I pray that your hearts will stand firm in this truth and allow the Word of God to renew your minds daily and that you will overflow with joy, strength, peace, and love. Amen!
